1. Our Services

Agentic Engineering provides AI-driven digital workforces, workflow automation, and related architectural consulting. Our services are typically delivered across three phases:

• •Phase 1: Architectural Discovery - Fixed-fee process mapping and solution design
• •Phase 2: Platform Management - Monthly retainer for cloud hosting, infrastructure, and SLA support
• •Phase 3: Autonomous Execution - On-Demand / Pay-As-You-Go compute pricing based on perfectly executed workflows

Note: Live deployments of our digital workers will be subject to a separate, custom Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) tailored to your specific enterprise requirements.

2. AI, Data, & Intellectual Property

We believe in strict boundaries regarding who owns what when AI is involved:

• •Your Data: You retain 100% ownership of your proprietary data, code, and operational workflows. We do not claim any ownership over the information your digital workforce processes.
• •Our Technology: Agentic Engineering retains full ownership of our proprietary AI architecture, orchestration methods, algorithms, and the underlying platform.
• •Zero Cross-Training: We operate a strict single-tenant model. We will never use your private corporate data or workflows to train public or shared AI models.

3. Acceptable Use

When using our website or our digital workforce platform, you agree not to:

• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI agents or orchestration platform.
• •Use our services to conduct illegal activities, transmit malicious code, or intentionally disrupt third-party networks.
• •Circumvent any usage limits or security architectures we put in place.

4. Commercial Terms & Billing

For clients utilizing our active services:

• •Invoicing: Fees for consulting and platform management are typically billed in advance, while autonomous execution (PAYG) tokens may be billed in arrears or via pre-purchased credits, depending on your specific contract.
• •Taxes: All fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice as required by law.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to provide elite, highly reliable digital workforces. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our website and baseline services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (Specific performance guarantees and SLAs will be defined in your individual MSA).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Agentic Engineering LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall be strictly limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

As a UK-registered company, these Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business and technology evolve. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
